Our Story
The Institution of Engineers (India) (IE(I)), Electrical Chapter NSSCE Palakkad started in 1990's, inspired from the largest multi-disciplinary professional body of engineers at its national level , it is committed towards dissemination of ideas, information and knowledge in the frontier areas of science, engineering and technology through hosting of various technical activities at its various centers. Beyond hands-on and technical workshops, the society organizes industrial visits to prominent establishments also. Moreover, the society actively engages in community fostering initiatives, exemplified by heartfelt visits to institutions such as School for the mentally challenged and many more. The spectrum of activities reflects the society's unwavering dedication to both academic and compassionate pursuits.
Staff Advisor's Note
The IE(I) Electrical Chapter at NSSCE always studies to develop a stable and nurturing environment for students to incubate technical knowledge and proactive attitude and mould them into socially responsible and morally committed engineers.
The vibrant chapter serves as a hub of activity for IE(I) student members and the engineering community at large by organising exciting talks, technical and workshops, field trips to relevant sites and social activities.

Being Convenor of the IE(I) Electrical Chapter, Nssce fills me with great pleasure and gratitude.
Although our resources and circumstances may come with certain limitations, we are determined to make the most of every opportunity. As a team, I hope to build on this spirit by creating initiatives that provide students with valuable insights beyond the classroom, helping them broaden their knowledge, explore new opportunities, and prepare for the future.
With the support and guidance of our faculty, seniors, and the entire chapter, I look forward to taking the IE(I) Electrical Chapter to greater heights and organizing many more impactful programs in the years ahead.
